Local Peaches (from your backyard or local farm)
Goat Chevre (we used Shepards Chevre from Eden, UT, but you could use Drake Family Farms or Mesa Farms, too!)
Raw Honey (Clifford Family Farms has yummy honey available at the Downtown Market and Liberty Heights Fresh)
Thyme, Lavender, Rosemary or Basil (or any combination of these herbs)
Salt (we used Kosher Real Salt, but any yummy salt will do)
Put a couple heaping tablespoons (or more) of chevre in a small bowl. Pit and peel your peaches. Slice into 1/2" slices, place on top of chevre. Sprinkle finely minced herbs over the top, drizzle with honey to taste. Sprinkle with salt (start small) to taste). Yum.
